All Happenim orders are carefully prepared and shipped to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. Once dispatched, shipping details and tracking information will be provided where applicable. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions.

 

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, Happenim items consist of essential oils, flower essences, and other natural liquid formulations. For hygiene and safety reasons, products are considered used once sprayed or opened and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange. We appreciate your understanding that natural liquid products cannot be resold after activation.

 

Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your order is damaged, leaked, or lost during shipping due to circumstances not caused by the customer, Happenim will gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us promptly with your order details and supporting images if applicable, and our team will assist you accordingly.
